About this Talk

The keys to empathic safety involve a lot more than a pink ball of light and sending "love and light". Being highly sensitive and magical can make it hard to step out of our comfort zones and connect with the new and unfamiliar. Trying to control or avoid our empathic nature works about as well as commanding the sun to set at noon, or telling a toddler to stop having a meltdown after missing their nap. While avoidance, suppression and substance use often brings temporary relief, none of these solutions are sustainable. When we shut down our energy systems and in an attempt to block out negativity, we also prevent goodness and blessings from reaching us. This impacts every aspect of our life. The key to empathic safety lies in embracing who and what we are and developing strategies and tools that meet our unique needs.

In this video high priestess and intuitive mentor, Jennifer Moore talks about the problems with many attempts to manage empathic sensitivity and why they don't work AND she shares the 3 basic keys for cultivating your empathic safety and psychic self-defense.
